Shipments are exempt from sales tax. All shipments are subject to a 8.5% handling/crating charge. Shipping Quotes are valid for 30 days only. All shipments are inspected and photographed.
Customer should inspect and note all damages on Bill of Lading at time of receipt. All claims for damage, loss and or concealed damage must be reported to carrier within 5 days of receipt of goods. Carrier assumes all responsibility for goods upon pick up of merchandise at our warehouse. All damages must be supported by original packing material and images of the shipment as it arrived and inspected by the recipient. Dsegnare reserves the right to refuse any alternate carrier if deemed necessary to protect your interests.


All deliveries and installation within a prescribed radius are delivered and installed by Dsegnare’s trained staff.

On the scheduled delivery date:
The site must be ready to accept delivery and installation. Elevator reservations and parking arrangements are the client's responsibility.
Delivery charges are for inside delivery, requiring standard elevator service only. Delivery charges may change in the case of inability to safely and / or adequately use the building elevator to lift the product to the site. Hoisting or walk-up are not included in the delivery pricing nor can Dsegnare be required to use these alternate methods if deemed unsafe by delivery management.
Dsegnare does not install or hang any light fixtures, mirrors, plumbing fixtures, bathroom accessories, nor move existing furniture. 48-hour notice is required to obtain proof of insurance with building as named beneficiary. The confirmation of a delivery date with the traffic coordinator is an automatic reservation for your delivery. A re-delivery charge will automatically be added to the invoice, unless the traffic coordinator receives a 24-hour cancellation notice.
It is the client's/client's agent's responsibility to inspect and note any damages on the delivery receipt.
All claims for concealed damage, defects or shortage must be reported to Dsegnare within five days after delivery has been received.

All deliveries made to local freight forwarders are carefully inspected, photographed, and delivered in factory packaging. Additional packaging/crating is possible, with an extra charge of 5% of the total purchase price. Freight forwarder as agent for client assumes full responsibility upon acceptance of merchandise from Dsegnare, including but not limited to damage, defects or shortage. In addition, we strongly recommend that all goods be insured for theft, loss, and damage during transportation to destination.



DSEGNARE does not accept returns unless the product received shows evidence of a recognized defect.

Due to the possibility of variations in fabric dye lots, natural leathers, stone and natural woods, an exact match of sample color and/or grain cannot be guaranteed. Handmade products will also vary slightly in shape and size; this is an intrinsic part of the design which cannot be considered a defect, and is therefore not grounds for return.


All claims including defects and damages must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. The original packaging must be saved in the condition received to process a claim. No refunds will be given after 5 days of receipt of goods and any exchanges must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods. Merchandise cannot be returned without prior authorization. Authorized returns are subject to a 50% restock charge. We cannot accept returns of bedding, cut fabrics, clothing, or unwrapped mattresses. We will exercise the right to reject returns that in our opinion appear to have been used.
